•Serve as the main owner for capabilities built on Salesforce.
•Monitor health and performance to ensure capabilities operate within standards.
•Identify improvements and new ways to use Salesforce to create a better developer experience.
•Partner with Sales teams to increase awareness and standardization of leads generated from Mastercard Developers.
•Drive delivery of Salesforce-based features via internal development teams and/or cross-team projects and integrations, reporting meaningful status.

•Review data reports and translate findings into preliminary product enhancement recommendations.

•Resolve discordant views through constructive dialogue to reach alignment.
•Lead rapid prototyping for at least one product feature and execute on product enhancements while understanding platform capabilities and limitations.
