Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide Emergency Preparedness expertise in support of the EP Program.
  • •Support the drill and exercise program by performing or supporting scenario development, evaluation, reporting, and performance improvement.
  • •Serve as assigned EP function(s) as either primary or secondary for the site.
  • •Keep EP Leadership apprised of compliance, continuous improvement, and relationship-related issues.
  • •Support or lead programmatic changes, innovation activities, and cause analysis to address EP Program gaps.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical area, emergency management, or a closely related field plus 5 years of industry experience, or applicable professional certs/quals (e.g., Licensed Operator, CHP, CEM, PMP, PE, SRO CERT) within 1 year of hiring plus 5 years combined of EP and plant work experience.
  • •Strong quantitative skills and business acumen.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
