Sales Cashier (QA)

Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service. Operate cash registers and POS systems, scan items, take payments, issue receipts, and ensure pricing accuracy with discounts or promotions. Count cash at shift start/end, maintain a clean checkout area, and restock merchandise. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, collaborate with store staff on inventory, follow cash-handling/security procedures, and upsell additional products or services.
