Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •System design & optimization of automation systems including conveyors, sorters, AS/RS, PLCs, and SCADA interfaces; evaluate performance and recommend enhancements to maximize uptime and throughput.
  • •Maintenance & troubleshooting of automation equipment; lead root-cause analysis and collaborate on preventive/corrective maintenance.
  • •Project implementation & support for new automation installations, testing, commissioning, and documentation.
  • •Safety & compliance to standards and regulatory requirements; maintain risk assessments and mitigation plans.
  • •Reporting & documentation of system performance, engineering modifications, and KPI insights to management.

Key Requirements

  • •4-6 years of experience in warehouse or industrial automation engineering, preferably within a retail distribution environment
  • •Strong knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA systems, and industrial control systems
  • •Experience with automated conveyor systems, sortation systems, and warehouse management integrations
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
  • •Exposure to Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Industry 4.0 concepts is a plus
