Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose issues quickly using data across many equipment makes/models and determine root cause and corrective action.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment.
  • •Practice safe job practices and maintain complete, timely electronic paperwork/documentation (work orders) daily.
  • •Assist with pickup and delivery of equipment and parts; travel to customer job sites for repairs when required.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of relevant tools; extensive knowledge of construction equipment schematics and diagrams.
  • •Strong customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma required; trade school certificate preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and be at least 21 to operate the company vehicle; able to lift up to 50 pounds.
