Key Responsibilities

•Plan, coordinate, and manage all construction delivery activities to ensure alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
•Oversee construction contracts and liaise with contractors to monitor progress, address issues, and enforce compliance with safety and quality standards.
•Develop and implement construction methodologies, risk mitigation strategies, and problem-solving approaches to ensure smooth project execution.
•Lead regular site inspections, progress meetings, and reporting to track construction status and address any deviations.
•Collaborate with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure seamless integration between design and construction phases.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
•Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within large-scale and complex projects.
•Strong knowledge of construction methods, contract management, and project management principles.
•Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
•Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
