Job Summary

Drive targeting and measurement insights by coordinating end-to-end research projects—from scoping and feasibility through execution and post-campaign analysis. Serve as an expert on the Teads Data Suite, support client conversations, and help sales teams respond to RFPs and participate in QBRs. Collaborate across sales, account management, and insights to translate data into actionable recommendations, campaign optimizations, and strategic targeting guidance.

Key Responsibilities

•Support client-facing discussions about the Teads Data Suite, including targeting capabilities and strategic consultations.
•Coordinate end-to-end research projects from pre-campaign scoping and feasibility through execution and post-campaign analysis.
•Advocate for and become an expert user of Teads’ proprietary data and insights tools.
•Support sales team data needs by responding to RFPs and participating in client QBRs.
•Collaborate on research initiatives and use insights to assist campaign optimizations and targeting strategy discussions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2-4 years of experience in a data operations or ad measurement role at an advertiser, publisher, media agency, or research provider.
•Experience working with third-party data providers (e.g., Experian, LiveRamp, Neustar, Nielsen, comScore, Circana) to onboard/offboard data.
•Deep knowledge of digital advertising, specifically audience targeting and ad effectiveness research.
•Understanding of research and testing methodologies, with strong analytical and reporting skills to deliver actionable insights.
•A degree in a related field, plus strong written and verbal communication for client-facing work.
