Lead MonetizeMore’s Forward Deployed Solutions team as a player-coach, transforming reactive technical support into proactive partner solutions architecture. Manage and mentor solutions engineers, design AI-driven deflection workflows and self-serve technical documentation, and own partner technical health, SLAs, and deployment success. Hands-on, serve as the primary technical contact for high-value Brazilian clients, leading complex integrations and architectural reviews while feeding recurring partner needs into product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage, mentor, and upskill solutions engineers while evolving the team from reactive ticket resolution to proactive partner solutions architecture.
•Design, build, and maintain internal AI-driven tools, automated deflection workflows, and self-serve technical documentation to eliminate repetitive low-tier queries.
•Own partner technical health by monitoring revenue performance, deployment success, and technical SLAs across partner accounts.
•Serve as the primary technical partner for high-value Brazilian clients, leading complex technical integrations, architectural reviews, and troubleshooting in Portuguese.
•Build custom solutions using JavaScript, APIs, network requests, and ad server configurations, and partner with engineering and product teams to turn recurring pain points into long-term features.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software/solutions engineering experience, including 1–2+ years as a technical lead, team lead, or engineering manager.
•Practical experience building or configuring workflow automation, LLM API integrations, or automated knowledge loops for technical operations.
•Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) and fluent English for collaboration with global engineering teams.
•Strong front-end web skills including JavaScript (ES6+), HTML/CSS, REST APIs, HTTP protocols, and Chrome DevTools debugging.
•Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM), Prebid.js, header bidding, or SDK integrations.
