Key Responsibilities

  • •Design a 1–3 year territory business plan with stakeholders and develop tailored sales plans to grow market share and expand into new geographies.
  • •Achieve and exceed annual territory sales targets, delivering revenue and profit objectives with consistent month-on-month performance.
  • •Monitor and analyze sales performance using KPIs, addressing gaps with actionable insights and solutions.
  • •Lead and mentor the sales team, manage resources and performance through delegation, coaching, and regular 1:1 reviews.
  • •Engage key stakeholders (including institutions and government bodies), represent the organization in negotiations, and execute operational excellence initiatives aligned to Six Sigma criteria.
