Job Summary

Lead delivery for the NATO Support and Procurement Agency (NSPA), ensuring operational excellence and long-term client partnership success. Build stakeholder relationships, oversee daily operations, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet SLAs and contractual commitments. Manage performance metrics and KPIs, proactively resolve issues, and support governance and project reviews. Translate client needs into delivery solutions, develop the annual operational budget, and align billing with contractual terms.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain relationships with NSPA stakeholders as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
•Ensure service delivery meets SLAs and contractual commitments with high quality and reliability.
•Oversee daily operations and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
•Lead, coach, and develop the team to foster accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
•Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and proactively resolve issues and manage risks.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in managed services delivery and client management.
•Proven track record in IT Network or Security.
•Understanding of IT service models, SLAs, and service frameworks (ITIL).
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Fluent proficiency in French and English is mandatory; NATO Clearance or eligibility to obtain is mandatory.
