Key Responsibilities

  • •Align analytics initiatives with organizational goals by engaging executive stakeholders (CISO, SecOps, GRC, and IT) and communicating findings with clear recommendations.
  • •Integrate and normalize data from SIEM, EDR, IAM, DLP, vulnerability management, ITSM, cloud, and HR systems for security risk insights.
  • •Build and govern security analytics datasets and dashboards, including scheduled refreshes, RLS, dataset governance, performance optimization, and executive metric definitions.
  • •Define and maintain KPIs/KRIs (e.g., vulnerability remediation SLAs, patch cadence, phishing outcomes, MTTR, control health, audit readiness, risk heatmaps, vendor risk, policy compliance).
  • •Conduct ad hoc analysis, root-cause investigations, and trend reporting; establish data dictionaries, lineage, validation checks, SOPs, and secure handling controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Proven experience leading data analytics teams and projects, focused on security analytics.
  • •Strong expertise in data integration, transformation, and visualization using Excel and Power BI.
  • •In-depth knowledge of data governance, security metrics, and operational excellence practices.
  • •Excellent written and spoken English, with ability to influence senior executive stakeholders.
