Job Summary

Own HR data operations across multiple countries, maintaining accurate and compliant employment and personal information in global and local systems. Support employee lifecycle events through data and document management, run data audits for integrity and quality, and coordinate with HR Solutions to fix integrations. Provide HR reporting and analytics support using HR systems and Tableau, collaborate with local teams, and continuously improve processes through automation and technology.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain employment and personal information in global HRIS (Oracle) and relevant local systems across multiple countries.
•Process employee lifecycle events (onboarding, offboarding, transfers, contingent worker management) using data and document management.
•Perform regular HR data audits to resolve discrepancies, duplicates, and missing information; ensure data hygiene for payroll and audit.
•Respond to HR reporting and data analytics requests using HR system reports and Tableau/other analytics tools; handle employee inquiries on employee data.
•Collaborate with local HR/GWO teams and implement process improvements (including AI) and regional/global projects, including testing HRIS feature updates.

Key Requirements

•2–3 years of experience managing HR data in a regional or global HR Shared Service organization.
•Working knowledge of global HR systems such as Oracle, SuccessFactors, and Workday (Oracle is a plus).
•Experience delivering HR services using case management formats and tools such as ServiceNow.
•Experience handling HR data reports and analytics.
•Strong attention to detail and data accuracy; knowledge of HR processes and regulations.
