Key Responsibilities

•Lead a portfolio of technology projects and a team of developers working on distributed microservices and full-stack systems to meet regulatory needs.
•Stay on top of technology trends, experiment with new technologies, participate in internal/external tech communities, and mentor engineering peers.
•Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive customer experiences.
•Utilize programming languages and database technologies to build and evaluate solutions.
•From time to time, code or evaluate code to support delivery and quality.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•At least 6 years of software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply).
•At least 1 year of cloud computing experience (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud).
•At least 4 years of people management experience.
•Preferred: Master’s degree, plus 9+ years in Java/Go/Postgres/Angular and 4+ years with open source frameworks.
