Food & Beverage Manager

Oversee day-to-day restaurant and bar operations at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient service, and smooth service standards. Lead, coach, and train the Food & Beverage team, manage rostering and workflow, and collaborate with the kitchen to maintain quality and presentation. Maintain compliance with RSA, hygiene, and workplace health & safety requirements, support stock control and reporting, and drive continuous improvement.
