Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan new site/production lines, capacity design, and on-site lean improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • •Deploy Industry 4.0 applications (e.g., autonomous robots, simulation, system integration) to improve production efficiency.
  • •Lead factory layout and production line design, including workflow, material flow, and workstation design.
  • •Develop and maintain capacity models (manpower, equipment, cycle time) to support NPI and production ramp-up; identify constraints and optimize line balancing and cycle time.
  • •Apply industrial engineering and lean methods to continuously improve operational efficiency, including assembly and PCBA process optimization, and lead VSM/SW/5S+ and safety prioritization for new technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
  • •6 years of experience in power/electrical industry or Tier 2 automotive electronics industry.
  • •Hands-on shopfloor industrial engineering skills including LBR analysis, Time Study, MOST, and identifying the 8 wastes.
  • •Lean Six Sigma certification (Green belt or Black belt).
  • •Good English communication (listening, speaking, writing) and strong coordination skills.
