Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, examine, negotiate, and revise contracts, ensuring terms and conditions comply with contract requirements and management policies and goals.
  • •Review incoming requests and develop contract terms, incorporating negotiation clarifications and amendments into final contracts.
  • •Collaborate with program teams across finance, supply chain, quality & mission assurance, legal, pricing, and compliance to advise on contractual rights and obligations.
  • •Support proposal preparation by examining task order requirements, preparing bids, analyzing terms and conditions for risk, accuracy, and completeness.
  • •Administer contract documentation and reports, including maintaining historical information, deliverable submissions/tracking, and preparing REAs and supporting service contract adjustments.

Salary: USD 106,213 - 180,300

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree plus two years of experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with four years of relevant experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • •Demonstrated understanding of FAR/DFARS, GSA Federal Schedules, Federal IDIQ, GWAC contracts, and supplemental government acquisition regulations.
  • •Experience supporting prime-contract types including FFP, T&M, Cost Reimbursable, and hybrids.
  • •Experience negotiating and processing contract modifications and options, including handling contract terminations and closeout procedures.
  • •Experience drafting and documenting Requests for Equitable Adjustment (REA), including audits and corrective action plans.
