Job Summary

Apply HSES conceptual knowledge with a degree of autonomy to support routine assignments and run a proactive prevention program. Assist with developing and implementing HSES plans, procedures, and instructions, and provide guidance to frontline supervision and field personnel. Support risk assessments, toolbox talks, permit to work planning, audits and inspections, subcontractor/vendor compliance, emergency response drills, and incident investigations and reporting.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in development and implementation of HSES plans, procedures, and instructions.
•Provide HSES guidance to frontline supervision and field personnel; mentor and coach junior HSES staff.
•Assist with HSES prequalification, and monitor subcontractors and vendors for compliance with safe work practices.
•Participate in risk assessments and maintain risk registries; execute the HSES activity plan.
•Develop and deliver Toolbox Talks (TBTs), support Permit to Work (PTW) planning/inspections, and assist with audits/inspections, emergency response drills, and incident investigations/reporting.

Key Requirements

•Degree/Diploma (or equivalent) in an HSES-related subject.
•5 years of Oil and Gas HSES experience.
•Knowledge of local and international HSES laws, codes, and regulations.
•Familiarity with company, facility, and project-specific HSES requirements and deliverables.
•Strong communication/presentation skills, interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities.
