•Implement data-driven optimizations across creative, audiences, structure, and bidding — with clear documentation of rationale.
•Serve as a primary client contact — run performance calls, deliver clear recaps, and proactively communicate wins, risks, and recommendations.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and internal leads to deliver integrated growth programs.

Key Requirements

•3–5+ years of hands-on paid social experience with the ability to operate independently
