Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned to corporate objectives, adjusting based on supply market drivers to meet business performance goals.
  • •Identify sourcing opportunities, define sourcing projects, and discover new sources while leading new supplier development to strengthen supply chain resilience.
  • •Engage suppliers to execute projects and manage vendor relationship activities including negotiations, quotations, contracts, service agreements, warranties, rebates, and delivery performance.
  • •Develop detailed business processes for robust category management, drive vendor selection, and own a spend category and its sourcing strategy.
  • •Coordinate sourcing and spend communications between vendors and business units; work with global operational teams to resolve vendor management and assurance-of-supply issues.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • •5 years of relevant experience in the semiconductor or semiconductor downstream industry.
  • •Deep knowledge of semiconductors in back-end direct material (e.g., molding compound, die attach).
  • •Ability to handle contracts management and contractual agreements.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
