Key Responsibilities

•Follow Kempinski Policies & Procedures and maintain professional conduct
•Understand and cover accounting areas as needed and supervise accounting staff
•Maintain internal controls across all areas and ensure staff understand their duties
•Supervise and guide accounting staff, distribute tasks, and ensure daily tasks are accurate and timely
•Assist with month-end closing, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations; provide reports to other managers and assist with forecasting and budgeting

Key Requirements

•5+ years in diverse hotel accounting roles
•2+ years in an accounting management position
•Proficiency in Excel and Word
•Experience with accounting software is a plus
•Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and PCI DSS
