Develop and execute a controls testing methodology aligned to the Enterprise Control Standard, ensuring independent and appropriate evaluation of control effectiveness. Lead a team while autonomously driving the testing program, partnering with program customers and assessors to evolve delivery. Provide strategic direction to project teams and stakeholders to solve problems, influence outcomes, and strengthen the control ecosystem through simplification, automation, transparency, and ownership.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a people leader for a team of associates and non-associates.
•Design, develop, and continuously evolve the controls testing methodology and drive the program to evaluate control effectiveness.
•Partner cross-functionally with program customers and program assessors to deliver and evolve testing activities.
•Provide strategic direction to project teams, peers, and stakeholders to solve problems and influence outcomes.
•Drive sustainability and strengthen the control ecosystem through simplification, automation, transparency, and ownership/accountability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with knowledge of Business Law and auditing controls.
•At least 3 years of experience in control testing or Internal Audit.
•Amenable to working a midshift schedule in a hybrid setup.
•Strong strategic mindset with significant risk management and testing expertise.
•Ability to lead teams directly and indirectly to deliver high-quality value.
