Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage overall project cost, schedule and budgets.
  • •Manage substation projects (mid-voltage).
  • •Manage General Contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.
  • •Track critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips and run leading client and other required meetings.
  • •Review requests for payment, record potential claim occurrences, and manage the flow of project information through regular meetings and written communications.

Key Requirements

  • •A construction-related academic qualification/degree (e.g., construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture).
  • •Minimum 4 years of working experience in project management for construction projects, with data centre construction experience preferred.
  • •Advanced skills with spreadsheets, report writing and presentations.
  • •Strong, professional communication and organization skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • •Fluent English and at least B2 German; available to work 3–5 days from the construction site.
