•Recruit and operate short video and LIVE influencers, support clients in improving operational capabilities, and drive growth results in influencer settlement and content.
•Identify key issues in local influencer content development and deliver sustainable solutions to scale short videos and LIVE.
•Find excellent short video and LIVE cases, refine content methodology, and create popular short-video showcases for businesses.
•Improve conversion efficiency across short videos by enabling operations strategies.
•Coach creators on business and product planning to secure long-term success and growth.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above, plus experience in commerce content operations or related work.
•Familiarity with the short video sales chain and LIVE chain.
