Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead utility and power due diligence for existing and future data center portfolios to support site acquisition and operation.
  • •Manage data center energy supply and identify markets with power availability that meet short- and long-term demand needs.
  • •Support lifecycle power management from power reservation application through interconnection permitting, energization, and reliability monitoring for greenfield, brownfield, and power shell models.
  • •Conduct energy cost analysis and drive initiatives to optimize budget structure.
  • •Collaborate with Strategy, Data Center Engineering, Operations, Capacity Planning, and Global Supply Chain teams to manage complex construction and service projects in the Americas and EMEA.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Policy, Law, Economics, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •5+ years of experience in real estate/tech infrastructure development, evaluation, and acquisition focused on power and utility.
  • •3+ years of experience managing utility agreements and energy-oriented projects.
  • •Experience in the Americas or EMEA energy market with familiarity with grid reliability, interconnection, and large electric load management.
  • •Preferred: Master's degree in a related field and working knowledge of data centers or large power infrastructure.
