Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine inspections of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products against specifications.
  • •Collect and test product samples for quality control (e.g., taste, texture, appearance, nutritional content).
  • •Monitor food production processes to ensure compliance with food safety standards (temperature, cleanliness, hygiene).
  • •Maintain documentation for inspections, tests, and production processes to ensure data is up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
  • •Support corrective actions, internal audits, staff training, equipment calibration, and reporting of non-compliance issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 27 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in quality assurance, food safety, or food production, including performing inspections and tests.
  • •Experience with food safety regulations such as HACCP and GMPs.
  • •Familiarity with laboratory testing equipment or quality control instruments.
  • •Knowledge of GMP and experience with a BRC certified plant is preferred.
  • •Ability to document and report data (e.g., using Microsoft Office or specialized software).
