Key Responsibilities

  • •Organisatorische und fachliche Unterstützung des Pflegeteams der Intensivstation, sowie aktive Mitarbeit in der Pflege im Schichtbetrieb.
  • •Selbständige Koordination der 22 Betten der Intensivstation und der Betten der Überwachungsstation in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Intensivmediziner*In im Früh- und Spätdienst.
  • •Prüfung und Überwachung der vorgegebenen Qualitätsstandards und -merkmale der Klinik, in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Leitungsteam.
  • •Instruktion, Unterstützung und Beratung der Mitarbeitenden der Intensivstation in pflegerischen, fachlichen sowie administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen.
  • •Verantwortliches und empathisches Führen eines Teams von ungefähr 20 Mitarbeitenden

Key Requirements
