Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a warm greeting within 5 seconds at the front counter and drive-thru.
  • •Follow Always Fresh and guaranteed procedures to keep coffee and products fresh, accurate, and ready for guests.
  • •Ensure accuracy of every order using the order monitor and proper order preparation standards.
  • •Process payments correctly, including counting cash till at shift start and handling receipts, refunds, and change.
  • •Maintain checkout cleanliness and execute health/safety and sanitation procedures; support housekeeping and visual presentation standards as assigned.

  • •Deliver consistent, friendly, attentive guest service with strong product knowledge.
  • •Use proper procedures to ensure accurate orders for every guest.
