Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department (GL, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, fixed assets, payroll, etc.).
  • •Oversee the General Ledger for all group entities
  • •Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
  • •Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and other departments for cross-functional initiatives; implement an empowered delegation framework and mentor junior team members.
  • •Support CFO with ad hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • •Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) strongly preferred
  • •Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience, including group consolidation; 8–12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including management of global teams in multi-entity organisations
  • •Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and consolidation principles
  • •Experience in a multinational or group structure is a plus
