Job Summary

Join EverAI’s Compliance team as an AI Legal Specialist supporting global AI/e-commerce regulations. You’ll own data protection/compliance workflows, prepare DPAs and TIAs, review product features for consumer rights, manage NDAs and licenses, and track evolving laws under the guidance of the Ethics & Compliance Officer. Ideal for a legally trained professional with 2-6 years’ experience, strong communication, and a passion for AI.

Job Function: Legal, Risk & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

•Own compliance workflows for worldwide laws applicable to AI/e-commerce, including DPAs and TIAs.
•Prepare and maintain compliance documentation (data protection, AI governance, consumer rights) and maintain EverAI’s AI systems inventory per EU guidance.
•Perform product/feature reviews for consumer rights and data protection compliance.
•Manage day-to-day compliance tasks (IP issues, NDAs/licenses, TOS/Privacy notices/content policies).
•Track, research and analyze relevant legal developments affecting EverAI.

•Strong communication and collaboration skills (English fluency).
