Key Requirements

  • •Proven supervisory or lead experience in a high-volume manufacturing, production, or assembly environment.
  • •Working knowledge of LEAN principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Kanban) with ability to identify waste and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Experience overseeing diverse operational processes, including mechanical assembly, inventory handling, and aesthetic/finishing stages.
