Job Summary

Operate presses to retrieve, inspect, and prepare product to customer specifications for shipment. Review job specifications to adjust machines and materials, inspect finished parts for inconsistencies, and perform routine machine maintenance. Monitor production quality, notify supervisors of non-conforming product or machine/material issues, and communicate with the next operator while grinding parts/scrap as needed. Assist with machine setup and other tasks to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

•Operate press equipment, inspect parts, and prepare products for shipment per operator instructions.

•Review product for inconsistencies or abnormal appearance to ensure quality requirements are met, including routine machine maintenance.

•Ability to follow operator instructions and production/specification requirements.
