Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain timely 0–12 week plans for finished products and create the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
  • •Coordinate CoE resources (buyers, planners, production schedulers) to deliver feasible plans and support customer experience.
  • •Manage short-term exceptions and risks by identifying root causes, driving corrective/preventive actions, and owning escalations for capacity/material constraints.
  • •Serve as primary point of contact for product availability across the value stream, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues.
  • •Interface with operations to improve schedule adherence, monitor on-time service levels and inventory exceptions, report KPIs, and perform planning-parameter audits with ERP updates.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of supply chain experience across areas like materials management, inventory management, demand planning, supply planning, procurement, and SIOP.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electronic, Electrical, or Mechanical), Business Administration/International Business, Finance, or similar fields.
  • •MRP experience including Mapics, Oracle, and Kinaxis.
  • •Bilingual capability in English and Spanish.
  • •Advanced MS Office skills (PBI preferred) and APICS CPIM certification as a plus.
