Security Engineering Manager

Lead and develop a lean team of security engineers while acting as a technical player-coach. Integrate security tooling and automation across corporate, infrastructure, and application layers, and build data-driven security strategies using OKRs, KPIs, and roadmaps. Own compliance progress across frameworks like CIS, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, drive incident response, and help govern the Information Security Program, including safe AI/ML security adoption.
