Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Design Manager with daily project coordination across disciplines for data center projects, moving toward independent ownership.
  • •Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and accurate interdisciplinary technical notes; coordinate confirmations with discipline leads.
  • •Attend client/stakeholder meetings and track decisions, risks, and action items; proactively manage and communicate project changes.
  • •Coordinate scheduling and communications for design meetings using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet; follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • •Maintain and manage project documentation (RFIs, submittals, drawing revisions, trackers) across SharePoint, MS Teams, Google Drive, and Box; assist with proposals and final deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 4 years of experience and/or demonstrated equivalency.
  • •2+ years of experience working in A/E firms.
  • •Experience supporting project and design managers on data center projects in an A/E environment.
  • •Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • •Preferred: Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Architecture license.
