Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute store retail strategies and lead the store team to consistently achieve sales and profitability goals.
  • •Use KPIs and business performance data to develop and support strategies that drive business results.
  • •Lead people initiatives including training, performance management, coaching, talent analysis, and career progression plans.
  • •Oversee sales and service, operations, and visual managers to ensure execution of operational and visual guidelines.
  • •Maintain store standards and environment, including safe working conditions, effective scheduling, and effective internal communication.
