•Modernize HR service delivery through process redesign, automation, and digital enablement; use Lean/Agile/continuous improvement to streamline HR operations.
•Leverage workforce data and analytics to build dashboards and metrics on organizational health, talent outcomes, productivity, engagement, and retention; present recommendations using data storytelling.
•Identify opportunities to responsibly leverage AI in HR processes (e.g., performance, support, workforce planning, learning) and help establish governance and adoption of AI-enabled tools.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
•8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders.
•Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives, including workforce/HR process modernization.
•Strong employee relations, coaching, and leadership consulting experience across performance management and team effectiveness.
•Demonstrated workforce analytics experience using dashboards/metrics to influence business decisions; experience improving processes through automation or continuous improvement.
