Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare cementing packages operations ready for the assigned task and act as a floating Specialist for critical cementing jobs based on operational and client requirements.
  • •Provide leadership and mentorship to field crews, ensuring cementing equipment readiness, inventory management, crew planning, and timely closure of maintenance and operational issues.
  • •Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards by implementing the Safety to Perform (STP) program, conducting task risk assessments, and participating in safety and service quality activities.
  • •Oversee cementing operations by validating crew competency and certifications, ensuring resource availability, accurate job planning and calculations, equipment calibration, contract adherence, and complete operational documentation.
  • •Coordinate post-job reporting and documentation, process job tickets for invoicing, perform equipment inspection and maintenance, and manage repairs to maintain operational readiness and service quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a minimum of Two year Technical Degree.
  • •Have at least 5 years of hands-on onshore or offshore oilfield service experience in pressure pumping and cementing operations.
  • •Ability to safely run and maintain cementing units and associated equipment.
  • •Demonstrate high knowledge and understanding of the Oil and Gas industry.
  • •Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong communication and teamwork.
