Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end reseller onboarding experience, adapting and scaling programs so channel partners can quickly ramp on the platform, value proposition, and rules of engagement.
  • •Maintain and grow the Reseller Enablement Playbook and ensure resellers participate in ongoing enablement including product updates, sales methodology training, and campaign launches.
  • •Serve as the single point of accountability for partner enablement across non-delivery partner types, aligning GTM Enablement, Sales, and Partnerships on role-specific rules of engagement for the deal cycle.
  • •Design partner-first GTM enablement for co-selling with technology partners (e.g., Shopify, Databricks, Snowflake) and leveraging marketplace channels (AWS, GCP) to source and accelerate opportunities.
  • •Audit enablement initiatives across Channel, Technology, and Marketplace, build enablement content (training modules, battlecards, guides, e-learning), and keep assets current in Seismic while tracking enablement metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in partner enablement, sales enablement, channel management, or GTM roles, including at least 3 years focused on partner or channel ecosystems.
  • •Deep understanding of channel and technology partner ecosystems, including co-sell motions, reseller economics, partner onboarding, and rules of engagement.
  • •Proven ability to build partner-facing and field-facing enablement programs from scratch, including playbooks, certification programs, and onboarding curricula.
  • •Strong systems thinking to translate complexity across workstreams into actionable strategies and communications.
  • •Data-driven approach to measuring enablement effectiveness with clear KPIs and adoption metrics, plus experience with LMS/CMS platforms (Seismic preferred).
