Job Summary

Design, develop, implement, and sustain manufacturing automation solutions and IIoT/Industry 4.0 technologies. Partner with program and factory teams to define digital automation solutions, support New Product Introduction and Design for Manufacturing, and continuously improve deployed systems using equipment data to drive production flow. Provide technical leadership through early project phases and support automation projects across requirements, technical project management, execution, and sustainment.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with program and factory customers to identify, develop, and define manufacturing automation and digital solutions.
•Support New Product Introduction activities, including Design for Manufacturing engagements, to shape automation solutions.
•Continuously improve, upgrade, and sustain deployed automation systems using equipment data to enable actionable human and automated actions for production flow.
•Collaborate with the factory to identify, develop, and deploy process automation systems and digital solutions.
•Provide technical leadership from ideation through project definition and continue guidance after transition to project execution.

Key Requirements

•STEM bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
•Experience with database administration in SQL.
•Scripting experience with Python, C#, PowerShell, or other scripting languages.
•Data analysis experience.
•Active DOD Secret clearance.
