Key Responsibilities

•Conduct in-depth interviews for physical security, personnel security (FSO), and government compliance candidates to support high interview-to-offer ratios.
•Source and engage passive security professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, SOBO campaigns, and security networks.
•Partner with security leadership to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and craft value propositions for high-clearance technical talent.
•Build and maintain a diverse, cleared talent pipeline while ensuring a positive candidate experience from outreach through cleared-offer acceptance.
•Represent Anduril’s brand in external and internal recruiting communications and leverage market insights to strengthen talent outreach strategy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on security roles, including physical security and personnel security (FSO/CSSO).
•Experience assessing security capabilities such as threat intelligence, incident response, network security, risk management, and physical asset protection.
•Deep understanding of the security landscape, including industry trends, certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, CPP, PSP), and government clearance processes (Secret, Top Secret, SCI).
•Experience managing strategic stakeholder relationships with security leaders and hiring managers, including profile calibration and pipeline reporting.
•Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export-controlled information and classified program support requirements.
