Job Summary

Lead the design of end-to-end business process solutions for BPO/BPS, combining AI agents and decision-support platforms. You’ll map current-state operations, co-create an AI-native future-state architecture, and help solution new deals with the Sales team. Acting as a bridge between client stakeholders, product teams, and engineers, you will define data and process models, align roadmaps across domain and tech priorities, and present solutions to C-level stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Understand client workflows (e.g., claims, lending, KYC) and identify pain points.
•Architect AI-native solutions leveraging modular agentic platforms.
•Define data and process models with ontology and ML teams.
•Drive roadmap alignment between domain priorities and technical capabilities.
•Present solutions to C-level stakeholders and support deal solutioning with Sales and global solution teams.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Multiple years of experience in Solution Architecture, specifically within BPO/BPS.
•Strong understanding of digital transformation and BPO/BPS.
•Presale experience solutioning deals (start to finish) with deal sizes from $5M to $25M.
•Industry knowledge in BFSI, Insurance or Retail.
•Experience designing automation workflows or BPaaS models; excellent German and English communication.
