Key Requirements

  • •Experience in adhesive formulation is a plus, especially epoxy and/or urethane experience and interpretation of mechanical and analytical test results
  • •Systematic experimentation using DOE and other statistical methods to evaluate data
  • •Excellent oral communication, technical writing, and presentation skills
