Key Responsibilities

  • •Craft and build autonomous/semi-autonomous LLM red team agents for reconnaissance, hypothesis-driven exploitation, and evidence capture against NVIDIA-owned targets.
  • •Extend agent harnesses (multi-phase orchestration, parallel specialist subagents, judge/verifier stages, and out-of-band callbacks) across multiple agent runtimes and model providers.
  • •Encode operator tradecraft into prompts, tools, and playbooks for web exploitation, auth bypass, SSRF/deserialization chains, and cloud/Kubernetes attack paths.
  • •Build exploit-confirmation verification harnesses to prove findings before human review and drive false-positive rates down.
  • •Engineer autonomy safety with sandboxing, scope enforcement, tool allowlists/blocklists, credential isolation, and prompt-injection defenses; evaluate and benchmark models for offensive tasks and mentor engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • •12+ years in security engineering with at least 4 years in offensive security (penetration testing, red teaming, exploit development, or vulnerability research).
  • •Deep hands-on exploitation skill in at least one domain (web applications, cloud/Kubernetes, or systems/binary), including building and proving an exploit chain.
  • •Strong software engineering in Python with production-code delivery, not just proof-of-concepts.
  • •Practical experience building with LLMs (agent frameworks, tool use/function calling, multi-agent orchestration, or coding agents).
