Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate daily marine operations to support dredging, reclamation, and construction activities.
  • •Direct and monitor movement of dredgers, tugs, barges, workboats, and other support vessels within the project area.
  • •Ensure safe navigation and vessel positioning in line with approved marine traffic plans and obtain required marine permits and clearances before commencing activities.
  • •Coordinate vessel arrivals, departures, anchoring, towing, shifting operations, and marine support needs (fuel, freshwater, provisions, crew transfers, spare parts).
  • •Maintain daily operational logs and reports, coordinate with survey teams, and support emergency response during marine incidents while promoting HSE compliance and environmental protection.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, Maritime Studies, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
  • •Relevant maritime certifications are an advantage.
  • •Valid seafarer's medical certificate (where applicable).
  • •Minimum 5–10 years of experience in marine operations, dredging, reclamation, or offshore construction.
  • •Previous experience as Water Boss, Marine Coordinator, Marine Supervisor, or similar role is preferred.
