Auto Damage Trainee (Field)

Provide field support for auto damage claims by inspecting and assessing vehicle damage, estimating repair costs, and writing estimates for customers after accidents. Partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers, negotiate equitable settlements, and resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive experience. Work the assigned San Antonio, TX territory and complete the paid trainee program, including hands-on training at GEICO facilities.
