Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as liaison between onshore and shared services to resolve process-related issues and manage internal/external query responses.
  • •Manage daily operations of the team to ensure all KRAs are met and expectations are communicated clearly to stakeholders.
  • •Analyze and resolve complex problems raised by subordinates, escalating appropriately to senior management when needed.
  • •Lead knowledge and controls around transfer pricing/intercompany invoicing and semi-annual and annual financial statement understanding.
  • •Coach, mentor, and supervise team members; manage HR matters for direct reports including interviewing, hiring, compensation planning, feedback/coaching, and performance management.

Key Requirements

  • •Post Graduate (M.Com or MBA Finance).
  • •CA / ICWA qualification and knowledge/understanding of US GAAP, I-GAAP and IFRS.
  • •16-18 years of relevant Finance experience, including 12+ years with 4-6 years in a senior-level position in a large multinational corporation.
  • •Understanding of transfer pricing/intercompany invoicing regulations and semi-annual/annual financial statements.
  • •Strong written and verbal business English communication skills.
