•Lead a high-performing customer-facing team by coaching, providing feedback, and ensuring the Burberry Experience aligns with brand strategies.
•Manage customer flow, deliver excellent service, and handle escalated customer issues when necessary.
•Support store operations including opening/closing activities and, in store-management absence, processing transactions and authorizing promotional discounts and employee sales.

Salary: USD 90,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1-2 years previous supervisory or management experience in retail sales.
•Advanced knowledge of POS system.
•Ability to handle complex customer service issues including complaints, returns, and after-sales.
•Able to use Apple mobile devices and comfortably use digital tools.
•Fluent and professional dialogue with clients and staff.
