Job Summary

Own NatCat modeling and agentic coding expertise to support a client’s NatCat platform and PoC execution in Pune. You’ll combine domain and AI engineering capabilities (Intent Engineers) at a senior level, including NatCat insurance knowledge and GenAI curiosity. Collaborate directly with a highly experienced PO/interviewer to discuss solutions and deliver expertise aligned to the engagement’s RfP and potential footprint expansion.

•Combine NatCat modeling and agentic coding expertise for the engagement.
•Support PoC execution aligned to the client’s NatCat platform needs.
•Provide domain and AI engineering capabilities as an Intent Engineer.
•Discuss solutions and platform details with the client PO at a senior level.
•Demonstrate openness to applying GenAI and adapting to engagement outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Senior-level resource with NatCat Insurance expertise and AI engineering experience.
•Strong NatCat modeling skills.
•Agentic coding expertise.
•Experience/background as a Senior AI Engineer with Anthropic, Microsoft, and AWS.
•Ability to discuss NatCat platform and AI engineering details at the same level as the client PO.
