Help product teams deploy Command by working directly with customers in their environments. Collaborate with engineering leaders and platform teams to connect Command to existing systems for planning, building, shipping, and learning. Configure secure access across source control, CI/CD, ticketing, and identity tools, write production-quality code, and turn customer solutions into reusable product capabilities while bringing real-world learning back to the product.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with engineering leaders, platform teams, administrators, and builders to connect Command to the systems where work happens.
•Establish technical and operational foundations for adoption, enabling teams to plan, build, ship, and learn more effectively.
•Work across cloud infrastructure, integrations, workflow design, automation, product enablement, and engineering coaching.
•Configure secure access to customer source-control, CI/CD, ticketing, and identity systems, and design release workflows with customer engineering teams.
•Write production-quality code as needed and convert customer-specific solutions into reusable product capabilities.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of software engineering experience in forward deployed, customer engineering, solutions engineering, implementation engineering, or a similar technical customer-facing role.
•Strong coding and systems-thinking skills, able to move from design/whiteboard to production.
•Strong understanding of product development and engineering workflows, including systems used to plan, build, ship, and debug software.
•Experience building or integrating software across APIs, event flows, data models, permissions, automation, or agent-based workflows.
•Strong communication skills to explain technical tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences.
