Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering experience building highly available, distributed systems.
  • •Experience with applied cryptography, including Key Management Systems (KMS) or Hardware Security Modules (HSMs), with safe operation in security-critical environments (MPC strongly preferred).
  • •Extensive programming experience in systems languages such as Golang, Java, C++, or Rust, with ability to operate in a Golang-heavy environment.
  • •Track record operating Tier-0 or other highly critical infrastructure with strong resilience, observability, and security, including cloud infrastructure as code across isolated environments.
  • •Experience managing complex end-to-end projects, navigating regulatory requirements, and mentoring team members.
